I wandered into my local Lush shop to be greeted by a lovely sales assistant (they're all so lovely in Lush, aren't they?) who asked if there was anything I was looking for. As my red pigmentation was perrrrrrtty bad that day I asked if there was anything in stock to help combat this, and she directed me to this product.
Initially I was put off by the colour and texture of the product, as I'm used to liquid cleansers such as the Garnier Micellar Water (which is super fabby too!) but once she showed me how to use it I was sold! Once water is applied it turns into a pasty consistency which lathers slightly, which enables you to get right in them pesky pores and when rinsed, a lovely soft complexion!
I must say, even after one or two applications I have already noticed a reduction in redness in my skin, even when I'm boiling hot (fellow waitresses you can feel my pain!).
Unfortunately the only downside to this product is the fact the larger pieces of lavender don't dissolve along with the rest of the product so you end up with a petal or three in your sink, but the lavender oils that are in it make up for this!
Finally, as this is a Lush product, it is not tested on animals and this particular product is vegan, which means everybody can use this!
